Hallo,
I'm wondering if there's a fast way to load a big selection of measured curves (maybe ~1000 fundamentals) into the offline statistics editor. By now I can only do it "per curve", which takes too much time. Isn't there a kind of "Ctrl+Click"-select option when browsing files from within the statistics editor?
Greetings Alex

Sure, they are meant to be used for Statistical Process Control.
Pp & Ppk will give you the actual measured Capability Indexes of your process in regards to your specification limits.
Because the statistics are calculated on the current lot only, it is up to the user to follow the values lot after lot, or day after day, as to detect trends.

The easiest way to reset the statistics is to change the lot number.
That way you don't need to change any measurement condition.
