We have a VI-Box from LinearX:

and we are using it with Audio Precession to measure impedance.
Can I use this box with Listen? If so, how do I connect the XLR (of the box) to TRS of my sound card?

Hi Peter, this box should work just fine with SoundCheck. In fact, it has been used before.

As for the cable arrangement, you will need an XLR female to 1/4" TRS cable. These are very common and should be available from anyone who sells audio cables. If you want to make your own cable here is the pinout:
