SoundCheck's extensive statistical analysis capabilities include: :
- Gage R&R
- Pp & Ppk
- Yield
- Best fit to average
- Standard deviation
Data can be output in a variety of ways including :
- Detailed failure mode analysis
- Compare to reference standard and generate PASS/FAIL indication
- Save to database
- Integrate with other software (ActiveX, NI, TestStand)
- Integrate with other hardware (TTL, barcode systems etc.)
The system can be configured for multiple data output options. For example, it may automatically compare the signal to reference data and give the production line operator a pass/fail output, but output the full failure mode analysis to a database.
