Remote access
Listen's product support also offers the option to enable the SoundCheck
software on your computer to be remotely accessed for troubleshooting,
product training and test sequence development. This means that Listen
Inc. can log onto your SoundCheck system to address any issues without
the need for a site visit. This ensures much more rapid and cost-effective
support.
Training
Training classes are scheduled regularly. This, together with customized
on-site training, helps keep your staff efficient and productive.
Test development
If you have complex projects and don't have the time or resources to
develop and customize tests, Listen can undertake your custom test development
projects for you.
Service
SoundCheck requires similar maintenance to that of any computer-based
system. Should you wish to upgrade your hardware, you can purchase your
PC and sound cards from any computer store. For production line applications,
where minimal downtime is critical, spare low cost components such as
sound cards can be kept on-hand and installed by your own personnel,
enabling you to get production line testing up and running in a matter
of minutes.
Upgrades
Unlike hardware-based systems, SoundCheck is easy and cost-effective
to keep up to date. Various upgrade and maintenance programs are available to ensure that
your test laboratory always takes advantage of the latest product developments.
