Power Users

"Power Users" is the name we give to a select group of our customers who help drive the direction of our product development.

Our "Power Users" are a carefully selected group of 10-20 people, coming from a range of applications and test environments (both production and R&D). Once a year or so, we meet with this group either in person or via webex, to solicit input on future development and to demonstrate and solicit feedback on some 'in-development' new features. Power users are also offred pre-release copies of new releases for beta testing.

Power users are required to sign confidentiality statements in order that they may speak freely in the discussion forums.
