The Automotive Test Kit Overview
Our new Automotive Audio Test Kit is TC-AA measurement compliant and makes in-car audio measurements simple and efficient. Instead of sourcing and integrating components from multiple vendors, all the hardware you need for automotive acoustic testing is included in one rugged, portable package. It’s designed for fast setup, reliable measurements, and easy transport between vehicles and test locations.

The Halo 6-Microphone Array:
A 6-microphone array that precisely positions the microphones in the configuration recommended by the AES Technical Committee on Automotive Audio. Constructed from rugged, lightweight, ABS plastic, it offers low resonance compared to metal structures. Unique snap fittings ensure fast setup with secure, consistent microphone positioning and height is easily adjusted for precise compliance with TC-AA guidelines. Microphone positions are numbered according to the TC-AA specification, and a built-in bubble level facilitates 30° alignment for standardized measurements. More.
A Microphone Array Stand:
Compact and stable, this tripod stand is the perfect size for in-car measurements.
6 SCM-4 Microphones: 
Listen’s SCM-4 ¼” free-field microphones are designed for tough environments without compromising accuracy, precision, and stability. They offer excellent omni-directionality in both the near field and far field which makes them ideal for automotive applications. More.
Microphone Cable:
A 1.8m braided cable connects 6 SCM microphones to the audio interface. The individual cables are marked with the microphone number at both ends for clear visual correlation of microphone position to input channel. An optional 5m cable is also available.
Microdot to BNC Converters: 
6 microdot to BNC converters are provided to connect the microphones to the AudioConnect Audio Interface.
AudioConnect 6×2 Audio Interface:
Specifically designed for automotive testing this high
resolution audio interface provides six analog input channels for microphones or accelerometers. It also has two analog outputs and SP/DIF for Bluetooth control. It is compact and portable, and may be powered via USB-C. More.
Bluetooth Interface (optional):
The optional Echo ATS-BT provides comprehensive Bluetooth functionality for automotive testing, supporting both Classic and LE Audio protocols.
