Seamless system integration
- A single computer can control multiple SoundCheck stations using Python, LabVIEW, TestStand, C#, or any TCP/IP-compatible language.
- SoundCheck communicates with external devices to play signals through DUTs or control fixtures or automation tools for actions such as sorting failed units
- Test parameters (e.g., limits or signals) can be set externally and passed in or out during sequence execution. This enables a single sequence to be used for multiple products as parameters such as limits, test levels, and test signals can be be stored externally. This minimizes the number of sequences that a large organization needs to maintain and reduces test configuration time.
Database and business intelligence integration.
- Built-in statistics (mean, SD, Cp, Cpk) can be applied during or after testing.
- Results can be automatically saved to SQL/Access databases, cloud tools, or analytics platforms for full traceability. Customizable data formatting and metadata support ensure compatibility with BI systems.
- Data can be extracted via TCP/IP or exported in formats including CSV, Word, Excel, or MATLAB.
- SoundCheck is also fully compatible with WATS, the popular electronics manufacturing intelligence software. This enables production line results to be viewed in real time, anywhere in the world.
