Video Transcript: Highlighting Curves in SoundCheck
Curve highlighting is a new feature we introduced in SoundCheck 22 that makes it easy to select any curve on a graph and make it stand out from the rest of the data with a thicker line width. This feature allows users to view specific curves and waveforms more easily in a graph, which is particularly helpful when viewing a batch of data with multiple curves or waveforms.
In this example, I have multiple fundamental curves that I have recorded. You can highlight the curves simply by clicking on them. Control clicking allows selecting multiple curves. Clicking on the Graph legend also selects the curves. You can also highlight multiple curves by right-clicking on the graph window, going to “Highlight Plot”, and selecting the specific curves. Once the curves are highlighted, they are selected in the memory list. This is a great way to read the metadata of selected curves. Click again to remove the highlight.
If you’re in a production environment and you don’t want any changes to the curves, it’s simple to disable this feature – simply edit the display preferences and disable plot highlighting.
